Join the LA Schnauzer Meetup: West Coast's Largest Gathering of Schnauzers

Did you know that right here in Los Angeles, we host the biggest schnauzer meetup on the West Coast and the second biggest in North America? The crown for the biggest schnauzer gathering still goes to an annual Schnauzerfest event in Rome, Georgia, but we're catching up with our own spectacular show of schnauzer spirit (mostly barking and sassy attitude).

On February 25th, @simonsaysschnauzer hosted The Los Angeles Schnauzer Meetup where more than 130 schnauzers took over the Sepulveda Basin Off-Leash Dog Park in Van Nuys. Picture this: minis yapping with unmatched enthusiasm, standards initiating playful chases, and giants showcasing their legendary patience amidst a sea of minis either passionately sniffing around or playfully asserting their dominance over friends ten times their size.

Kicking off the year with such a vibrant gathering, we've set the bar high for 2024! The "Los Angeles Schnauzer Meetup" might sound city-specific, but our latest event was attended by schnauzers and their humans across cities and borders. We had friends from all over LA, San Bernardino, and Orange County, not to mention visitors from San Diego, Arizona, and our very special guest, Bacon @baconthedoggers, who jetted in from Toronto, Canada. It's safe to say this was a global affair, buzzing with the excitement of cute, bearded faces and those signature curly lashes.

A Glimpse into Our Schnauzer-Filled Day
